Writing is a passion of ours and has been for many years now. We have come up with multiple stories in the same universe a thousand years in humanities future where the existence of spirits and science based magic is commonplace. - On the Frontline On the front line is a self-indulgent project which takes characters from each of our stories and pits them against eachother in a battle-royale-style fight to the death with the promise of a universe altering wish to the victor. The story follows Lillith from Remember the Bittersweet Tomorrow and Vincent from Rooming with Strangers as dual protagonists with alternating POV's. Project Status: In progress. - Imagine Re:Imagine is a short story about an artist struggling to create a masterpiece in an economically dying town. We follow her grief and her feelings around talent and inadequacy as she prepares a watercolour painting for her very own art exhibition held in her hometown. All around her she can only see lost love for both her art, her town and the people around her and the numbness threatens to swallow her whole. Project Status: Draft 1 Complete. - Remember the Bittersweet Tomorrow Remember the Bittersweet Tomorrow is a short story about a girl that can see timers counting down to peoples death above their heads, trapped in a city where she doesn't feel she belongs. The protagonist Lillith meets seccondary lead Ava after meeting on their school rooftop and love begins to blossom between the two of them. Neither are sure if it can last as Ava is terminally ill and Lillith grapples with how little time Ava has left in her life. She takes it upon herself to extend her lifespan as much as possible. Bittersweet Tomorrow is about percieved responsibility and what it means to be there for someone you love. Project Status: In progress. Needs a more cohesive storyline. - District:0 District:0 is a story about a group of five street urchins making their way up in the world, they are forced into the yakuza after trying to break free from their previous lives and stumble upon a plot reverberating through the underworld. The king is dead and the crown is ripe for the taking. The underworld waits with baited breath as war breaks out amongst the largest gangs in District:0. Project Status: In progress. - Rooming with Strangers Rooming with Strangers is a chatfic about a deadbeat boy who, down on his luck decides he's done playing by the rules and is going to fuck his way to the top. He runs into a spirit that has the ability to make people fall in love and decides to exploit this power for his own gain. Project Status: Barely started. Needs a strong opening.
- La Esperza La Esperza is a short piece about a pre-trans woman being drafted into an active warzone and experiencing the full horrors of war. She eventually defects and stumbles upon an organisation that is dedicated to helping and protecting the sick and dying and she finds her calling there, getting the medical care she needs and eventually finding something important to protect. Project Status: Not started. Needs further development.
- Subverse Subverse is a short story that follows a young boy from the slums who's sick and tired of the opression society has placed on himself and the people around him to keep them poor and desolate. He takes it upon himself to use his genesis to kill corrupt figures in power and try and make things better for his people. Project Status: Not started. Needs further development.
- Starfall Starfall is a short piece that follows an android exploring dead worlds thousands of years after humans have gone exinct and machines have evolved to take over. Project Status: Not started. Needs further development.
- Perpetual Perpetual is a short story about a timetraveller stuck in a timeloop. Project Status: Not started. Needs further development.
- Fall of Fate/Rise of Destiny Fall of Fate & Rise of Destiny is a duology following soliders on a televised battlefield, notably a batallion known as "Phantoms" who are sent on missions they are not expected to come back from alive. Project Status: Barely started. Needs a better opening.
